About Travel Fees

EPIC Soccer Club’s travel fees cover your player's costs for a full seasonal year. 

EPIC Soccer Club’s fees are divided into Club fees and Team fees. Costs vary based on age group and level. The player’s year-long financial commitment is for August-May each seasonal year.

Club Fee payments begin with a minimum $100 deposit paid at the time of official team registration through our website. Monthly payment plans are available at checkout. 

2023-2024 Seasonal Year

EPIC Soccer Club 2022-2023 Club Fees include:

• Governing Body Fees (USYS, WVSA)
• Club Operating Expenses (insurance, website, facilities, field maintenance, etc.)
• USYS Club Player Cards & Rosters
• Risk Management Background Check Fees
• Roster Fees
• Registrar Fees
• League Membership Fees (Fall & Spring)
• Game Field Fees (Fall & Spring)
• Coaching Education
• Financial Assistance Program Costs
• Club Marketing & Communication

Team Fees:

Each team maintains a bank account and collects expenses directly from the families to cover team-based items such as team scheduling/communication apps, referee fees, practice field rental, tournament registration fees, coach fees, and additional training sessions and winter league costs not covered by Club fees.

Families receive a team budget and payment schedule from the Team Manager/Treasurer at the beginning of the seasonal year for planning purposes. Individual team fees vary according to the age and level of the team. 

*Most teams participate in fundraising events to offset Team Fee costs

Uniform Fees:

Families pay uniform costs directly to our designated vendor once instructed by the team manager. All players are required to purchase the EPIC Soccer Club uniform kit every two years on our club uniform cycle. This includes two jerseys (Black & White), one black shorts, two pairs of socks (Black & White), and one black practice tee. 

Estimated cost for a complete kit is approximately $150. 

*Please note 2022/23 is the beginning of our two-year uniform cycle and all players are required to purchase new uniforms.
