Expanding EPIC's Coaching Leadership

Though our Spring soccer season was cut short, EPIC has been very busy behind the scenes making sure that our club is growing and improving to provide the best possible experience for each of our players. We will have several exciting announcements over the next couple of weeks on the new direction that our club is headed. At this time, we are pleased to announce our expanded coaching leadership. Throughout the last decade, EPIC has been in the very capable hands of Aric Canonico. As we continue with Aric at the helm, he will now be joined by a committee of passionate, committed, quality coaches to ensure every child benefits from being a member of EPIC.

Joining Aric will be David Leonard as Technical Director. As Academy Director, Coach David has grown the Academy from few to many and coached multiple travel teams. He is focused on quality coaching education and we will all benefit from his passion and expertise in how kids learn and play the game.

As our new Boy's Director we have Adam Sperry. His coaching over the years has included a wide range of ages and even a State Cup Championship. Adam also serves as an assistant coach for the Shepherd Men's soccer team, where he once played. A long time EPIC player and then coach, Adam excels in developing soccer players.

On our girl's side, we have Jarred Miller as the new Girl's Director. Jarred came to EPIC several years ago as the head coach of a young team that embodied all of the values that EPIC strives to achieve. In the years since, Jarred has shown his leadership and commitment by stepping in wherever needed and acting as a role model for coaching excellence.

We are looking forward to this new chapter with our team of DOC's leading the way. Our future is bright! Be on the lookout for more updates on the opportunities that EPIC will be providing and spotlights on our quality coaches.
